Over the years we have accumulated serial number information from various sources. We intend to share this information with our visitors free of charge. Although we have used these serial number resources for years, we cannot vouch for all information contained herein and therefore we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. We cannot claim this reference to be comprehensive.

To our knowledge there is no comprehensive source of all serial number information. Here are the fragments we have been able to put together. Getting this information compiled and edited is a laborious task. Additional pages will be added as we have time to complete them.

Heidelberg Serial Numbers: T offset, Quickmaster, GTO, M-line, S-line, Speedmaster 72 & 102, SM52 & 72, Web -- through mid 90's.

Heidelberg Serial Numbers: T -Platten, GT, K -cylinder press, S -cylinder press, K -offset, Rotaspeed.

Akiyama Serial Numbers: --easy-- year is first 2 digits in serial number plus 25, e.g., 60123 = 60 + 25 = 1985.
